▪️ From(से ) 

  

Examples- 

a)किसी जगह से (From some place) 

I am coming from Dehradun. 

(मैं देहरादून से आ रहा हूँ ।) 

They came from park. 

(वे पार्क से आये।) 

b)किसी समय से (Point of time)   

I will work from tomorrow. 

(मैं कल से काम करुँगा।) 

Ram will work from 10 o’clock. 

(राम दस बजे से काम करेगा।) 

c)किसी स्रोत से (From any source)    

 

I heard it from Ram. 

(मैंने राम से ये सुना।) 

I wrote it from the book. 

(मैंने ये किताब से लिखा।) 

▪️With (से ) 

Examples- 

1.(किसी चीज का प्रयोग करके कुछ करना) 

 चाकू से, पैन से, तलवार से। 

(with a knife, with a pen, with a sword) 

 I cut the cake with a knife. 

(मैंने चाकू से केक काटा।) 

He wrote the letter with a blue pen. 

( उसने नीले पैन से पत्र लिखा।) 

 He killed the bird with a stone. 

(उसने पत्थर से चिड़िया मारी।) 

b).(साथ)(किसी के साथ)

राम के साथ, तुम्हारे साथ, किसी वस्तु के साथ आदि। 

(with Ram, with you, with a thing etc.) 

I am with Ram in this matter. 

(इस मामले में मैं राम के साथ हूँ ।) 

We will be with you. 

(हम आपके साथ रहेंगे।) 

My dad went to his office with the laptop. 

(मेरे पापा अपने ऑफिस लैपटॉप ले के गये।) 

▪️At का प्रयोग

1. निश्चित समय के साथ (With point of time)उदाहरण –दो बजे (at 2 o’clock) , 

शाम 4 बजे (at 4 PM)     

Examples- 

I was born at 2PM. 

(मैं 2 बजे पैदा हुआ था)

He will come home at 10 AM. 

(वो सुबह 10 बजे घर आयेगा।) 

2.(में/पर) छोटी जगह के साथ (with small places) 

उदाहरण – 

बस स्टाप में/पर , कुर्सी में/पर। 

(at bus stop, at the chair) 

अगर छोटी और बड़ी दोनों जगहों के बारे में बताया गया है तो पहले छोटी जगह at के साथ और फिर बड़ी जगह in के साथ लिखेंगे। अगर मैं कहूँ कि मैं रोहिणी में रहता हूँ  जो दिल्ली में है, तो ध्यान दीजिए कि पहले छोटी जगह Rohini “at” के साथ और फिर बड़ी जगह Delhi “in” के साथ लिखेंगे। कुछ इस तरह – I live at Rohini in Delhi. पर अगर मैं ये कहूँ कि मैं रोहिनी में रहता हूँ तो रोहिनी अपने आप में एक बड़ी जगह ही है इसलिए मैं कहूँगा – I live in Rohini. 

I stayed at a hotel. 

(मैं एक होटल में रुका।) 

He was standing at the bus stop. 

(वो बस स्टाप पर खड़ा था।) 

Rahul works at a store. 

(राहुल एक स्टोर में/पर काम करता है।) 

3. रात और दोपहर के साथ (With night/noon)     

I was there at noon. 

(मैं दोपहर में वहाँ था।) 

We study at night. 

(हम रात मे पढ़ते हैं।) 

4. मूल्य बताने में 

(to tell the cost of something)    

 

This fruit is selling at Rs. 10 per kg. 

(यह फल 10 रु किलो बिक रहा है।) 

I am buying onion at Rs 20 per kg. 

(मैं प्याज़ 10 रु किलो खरीद रहा हूँ ।) 

5. किसी त्योहार या खास अवसर पर 

( in any festival / event) 

होली पर, दीवाली पर, जन्मदिन पर, पार्टी में 

(at holi, at diwali, at birthday, at the party) 

 I will come home at Holi. 

(मैं होली पर घर आऊँगा।) 

I will come home at Diwali. 

(मैं दीवाली पर घर आऊँगा।) 

He will go there at his birthday. 

(वो उसके जन्मदिन पर वहाँ जायेगा।)
